The Human Awareness London Meeting
This meeting is a public introduction, for anyone to experience a difference in their lives in the areas of connecting and relating. The team of volunteers creates a safe, loving and nurturing atmosphere where you can find out more about the HAI workshops and community. Give and receive hugs if you choose to, and try out some HAI exercises for yourself. Read more
